December - Carousel Farm wishes to thank all the new owners and trainers involved with the sale/purchase of Cool Music, Restless Annie, Fenton, Chocolate Chips, Ginger Snap and Star during the 2006 calendar year. December - Heritage Horse Show - Congratulations to Annette Traband and Schoenrosa on their reserve championship and to Lizzie Traband on her reserve championship on her new pony "Playin in the Rain". |

October - Club Carousel Halloween Party - Thank you to Liz Heiser for putting together a great farm Halloween party complete with Haunted Hay rides, great food and great games. |

October - Capital Challenge - Carousel Farm congratulates Chris Nealer on ribbons on "Magic Scho" at the very competitive pre-green division of Capital Challenge Horse Show! |

September - International Hunter Futurity - Carousel Farm congratulates Chris Nealer on her success at IHF BNational competition on Scho Gun, Deleonardo and Andante. Scho Gun put in the best performance of the Carousel Farm horse with ribbons in all three classes of the competition. |

August - Chris, Pam and Annette show the 4 years olds at Warrenton Horse Show during the tropical storm "Earnesto" The horses were great as they jumped around in the pounding rain with high winds! It took many days for all of our boots, clothes, etc to dry out. "Addy" and "Coda" take home the high ribbons for the farm with 3rd and 5th over fences respectively. |

August - Carousel Farm shows at the almost famous "Grange Fair" Highlights included Katarina's blue ribbons at her first horse show. Martha Neilson finds herself back in the ring after years away. With 24 horses in tow a great time was had by all. The farm enjoys championships in the low, adult amateur and special hunter divisions. |

July - The Traband family trailrides for a week with Tommie Turvey at Cooks Forest. Tommie helps Lizzy to train her pony several new "tricks". |

July - Carousel Farm spends two week in the mountains of Vermont at the Vermont Summer Series. Ribbons were won by all. |

July - Carousel Farm competes at the local Kockers Farm Summer Series. Highlights included a low hunter championship with "Magic Scho" and pre-green Championship with "Schoenrosa". |

June - Carousel Farm congratulates Chris on championships in the low and pre-green hunters with "Magic Scho" and "Schoenrosa" at the Mark Twain Horse Show in New York. |

June - Carousel Farm heads to Country Hiers Horse Show in Kentucky. With 12 horses in tow...all of the horses held their own with good ribbons against solid competition. |

May - Carousel Farm hosts it's annual Family Day Open House with free food, hayrides, pony rides, demos, etc. With estimated attendance of about 40o, a great time was said to be had by all. Carousel Farm thanks attorney Rob Bascom and mortgage broker, Ford McNutt for sponsoring a great day of family activities. |

May - Carousel Farm congratulates Christina her showing at Quentin, her first show as trainer at Carousel Farm. Scho Gun wins 2nd and 3rd in the large young hunter under saddle classes. Hutch wins two open hunter classes. Rosie place in the pre-greens. Lizzie jumps her first real course on Toby. Pam and Annette win ribbons in the Adult Amateur classes. |
